Velvety Peanut Butter Frosting

I made a chocolate cake from scratch today, and had a difficult time deciding what frosting to use on it. It occurred to me that I hadn’t developed a frosting recipe in a while, so here’s my new, favorite peanut butter frosting recipe. It’s velvety and not too sweet, plus I used the extra crunchy kind for texture. Give it a shot, and let me know what you think.

Velvety Peanut Butter Frosting (Doubles as a cookie dip!)

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Add butter, peanut butter, and vanilla to a mixing bowl and beat on medium until creamed together.

  2. Add sugar, and mix until it looks like velvet and is a nice light brown or tan.

  3. Frost your cake.

  4. Enjoy!
